Here’s why our buyer consultations are so important.


On our team, it is very important to do a buyer consultation with any of our new buyer clients before showing them homes because it accomplishes three main objectives for us and the buyer:


1. Conduct, thorough needs analysis. During this portion of the buyer consultation, we will talk about much more than just how many bedrooms and bathrooms you want, or the size of a home’s yard. Instead, we will identify each of your must-haves, add a list of your nice-to-haves, and even review the things you want to avoid. This process helps us see what your perfect home looks like through your eyes, and our shared vision assures that we do not waste your time showing homes that do not work while someone else is buying the home that is perfect for you.


When you partner with our teamwe will be working closely throughout the home buying process; so we want to get to know you, just as we want you to get to know us.


2. Educate you on our current market and set expectations for the home buying process. The home buying process includes distinct phases that build upon one another like the search phase, offer and negotiation phase, contract-to-closing phase, and post-closing. Together, we will set expectations so we can be on the same page throughout the entire home buying process to make sure it all goes smoothly for you. 


3. Get to know one another. When you partner with our team, we will be working closely throughout the home buying process, so we want to get to know you, just as we want you to get to know us.  Covid-19 has caused us to find some alternate means of conducting the buyer's consultation for those who prefer not to meet in person. We want to ensure that you are safe and comfortable during this very important part of the home buying process. If meeting in person is not preferable for you, please let us know and we will find a way to meet virtually.
