Q: What Steps Does It Take to Buy a Home?

These are the steps every home buyer should take in today’s market.

They should also be able to provide you with a customized approach to your home search that focuses on your dreams rather than just a generic "one size fits all" method.

2. Get pre-approved. Select a local lender who will help answer any questions you have regarding your costs, payments, loan information, and other financial information. We would gladly recommend a few trusted lenders we have successfully worked with in the past. Once you have submitted all the necessary paperwork and have received your pre-approval letter, we can move on to the next step.

3. Viewing homes. Whether you are buying your first house, your forever home, or you are purchasing an investment property, we can help you.
