Updates Due to COVID-19

Today we have a few updates to share. We had a great month of April and we thank you all for your support of our business...especially at this time. We are also continuing to be safe and smart amid the pandemic and are helping our clients do the same. Due to the varying levels of comfort within people's personal space, we are not hugging or shaking hands with anyone right now, and we have hand sanitizer, gloves, anti-bacterial wipes, and masks. We want to ensure our clients are comfortable and safe during each part of the transaction. Also, right now there are timing changes for contracts and closings due to the health crisis, and though everything seems to be taking longer, each case will be different.
